Unlike other weight loss programs, we include calories and complex nutritional values in our calculations and translate them into a simple number: the PersonalPoints value of a food item. You can now also earn extra points so that your new healthy habits are rewarded and so sustainable. This is why WW makes eating healthy feel easier and more enjoyable.
You can eat anything on WW (formerly Weight Watchers). Nothing is off limits! When you sign up for the WW program, our PersonalPoints analysis will create your personalized PersonalPoints budget and ZeroPoint food list based on a questionnaire tailored to you. You can eat whatever you feel like. When you’re hungry, you can eat ZeroPoint foods without dropping your budget.
At WW, you’ll find plenty of meat-free recipes (even a vegetarian cookbook ) that allow you to eat vegan or vegetarian while losing weight and getting full. And in a delicious way!
