Birdie = -1.
Needles = -2.
Albatross = -3.
Boggy = +1.
Double bogey = +2.

If you lose a hole, your score is 1 point higher than the winner’s score. If a player is withdrawn from participation, a penalty is imposed on him and the system automatically awards estimated points to each player. If the game ends in a draw, your points will count towards your total score for the tournament. However, you still have to play the elimination game and find out who gets the coins!

When a player leaves the clan or is kicked out, a message is posted in clan chat informing all clan members that the player has left.

What happens when all members leave the clan or it becomes inactive? When the last member of a clan leaves it, the clan is automatically and irrevocably deleted. However, if at least one player remains in the clan, the clan will not be automatically deleted.

Clan ranks

Each clan has up to 50 members, for which there are 4 types of roles in the clan.

Member. When you join or return to a clan, you automatically become a member of the clan, even if you previously held a higher rank in that or another clan.

Vice-captain. Vice captains have more authority than members, but less than captains and president. Vice captains can:

Expel clan members;
Invite new members to the clan;
Accept requests to join a clan.

Any number of clan members can take on this role.

The President. The president of the clan has maximum decision making power. Presidents can:

Expel any player from the clan, regardless of their role in the clan.
Invite new members to join the clan;
Accept requests to join a clan.
Send messages to the clan;
Raise, lower the rank of a member or expel him/her from the clan.
Access the clan settings.

Only one clan member can be president. By default, its creator becomes the president of the clan.

What happens if the president leaves my clan or becomes inactive? The president leaves the clan and can choose his replacement. If the president leaves the clan without lowering his rank, the presidency with the most clan points goes to the captain. If the president remains inactive for 4 weeks, his rank is automatically lowered and the captain with the most clan points is assigned to his place.

Golf Clash Chat

Each clan created in Golf Clash has its own integrated clan chat. All Golf Clash chats use an obscenity filter to prevent offensive messages from being displayed. Developers constantly monitor and improve the filter to ensure that offensive messages are quickly detected and removed. However, the profanity filter in the game is not always 100% effective. So, if you find abuse in the clan chat, there are several ways to deal with this situation:

Expel players from the clan or deny them access to the clan. If a member of your clan is abusing the clan chat, it is recommended to contact the president of the clan and ask him to expel / deny that member access to the clan.
Leave the clan. Clan chat should remain a place where you can happily interact and communicate with other members of your clan. If you don’t like your clan, you always have the option to leave it and join another clan, or even create your own!
Report insults. If you see messages that are offensive or cause for concern, highlight the message and select the "Complain" option. All disputed chat messages are taken seriously by the support team and each of them will be taken care of as soon as possible.

How to enter the clan chat? The clan chat is done through the clan main menu Called. To access it, simply select your clan icon in the main menu. Then select the "Chat" tab, to access the clan chat.

Why are chat messages displayed as asterisks? To prevent the use of offensive language in clan chat, usernames, clan names and descriptions, Golf Clash applies an obscenity filter. If a word or phrase is deemed offensive, it will be replaced with asterisks. The game filter for obscenities is constantly being improved. So understand if some words are replaced with asterisks for no reason. Sometimes the obscenity filter can be oversensitive.

Finding an opponent in a 1-against-1 game. If you want to play a 1-against-1 game, the system considers all online players who are looking for an opponent in the same round as you (z. B. on a 6-star hotel tour) try to find someone in your trophy area. The system also takes into account the maximum number of trophies each player earns. This prevents the player from intentionally losing trophies to compete with weaker opponents.

Once a suitable opponent is found, the game starts immediately and a hole is selected. If the system can’t find anyone in your trophy area, it will search for players in the nearest neighboring categories: with more or less trophies. As a result, rivals may differ slightly in the number of trophies, but generally they are players of the same level. In this way, Golf Clash successfully matches opponents in 96.1% of games.

What happens if there are no opponents available for a 1 vs. 1 game?? Very rarely, for less than 3.9% of all matches, there are no online players close enough to you in terms of trophy levels to start the game quickly. In such a situation, the system will select an opponent with a similar trophy level for you who has recently participated in the game for that hole but is currently offline. One such opponent is chosen at random, and the game focuses on getting as close as possible to competing with a real online opponent. The goal is that the overall probability of winning is as high as if both players were playing online. When do I get my medals? Tournament medals are awarded at the end of your participation in the tournament and are added to your profile automatically.

Can you earn more than one medal in a tournament? Only one medal can be won in each tournament. You will always get the best medal you deserve.

Golf Clash: My Account

How to change my name? Changing your name is easy. ÖSimply open the Golf Clash app and select your profile photo at the top of the main menu from. When you do this, you will see an edit icon next to your current name.

You can enter a new name by selecting this icon. After entering the name, press "Confirm and save the new name.

How often can you change your username? You can only change your name once. So choose it carefully!

Why is my name invalid? If your chosen name is invalid, it means that the name or part of it has not passed the game’s profanity filter. If your new name is not valid, try changing the name or its spelling. If you believe that blocking your name with an obscenity filter is illegal, please contact our support team who will be happy to assist you. Please note that full names (first and last) are currently prohibited.
