3. Commitment to repair quality
- During the warranty period, HUAWEI or a HUAWEI authorized service center will, at HUAWEI’s sole discretion, repair or replace the product or related parts if the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. 5. Limitation of Liability of HUAWEI

- HUAWEI shall be liable for whatever legal reason within the scope of fault-based liability only for intent and gross negligence. In case of ordinary negligence HUAWEI shall be liable, subject to statutory limitations of liability (in particular due diligence in own matters and minor breaches of duty) for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damages resulting from breach of a fundamental contractual obligation. 1. General
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. ("HUAWEI") provides a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for the HUAWEI product ("Product") purchased by you in accordance with these warranty terms and conditions ("Warranty").
Based on laws and regulations protecting the rights and interests of consumers in Germany, you can return the product or have it replaced or repaired. You may exercise your statutory warranty rights against the seller of the product.
This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, independent of and in addition to the purchaser’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws and any rights the purchaser may have against the seller of the product. These legal rights of the consumer in case of defects can be asserted free of charge and are neither affected limited, changed nor replaced by the warranty. The warranty is independent of the consumer’s statutory warranty rights even if the product is purchased directly from a HUAWEI subsidiary as seller.
It is the sole and free decision of the consumer whether to make claims under this warranty or under the statutory warranty rights.

1.1 Applicable products
This warranty is valid only for Desktops& Monitors and Included Huawei branded accessories purchased in Germany. If the product was purchased in a Member State of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the warranty of the country of purchase applies.
If the product is purchased in one of the countries listed above, this warranty is valid in each of these countries. Warranty service may be delayed if it is provided in a country other than the country of purchase
